**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Calling and receiving calls from clients
* Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
* Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call
* Completing applications for insurance products
* Attending ongoing, optional training sessions
* Collaborating with the customer support team to resolve client issues and concerns
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for process improvements
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our services remain competitive and innovative
