**Job Description**
As a seasoned Customer Service Director, you will lead a team of 6 to 9 Sr. Managers or Administrators and 100+ colleagues in providing exceptional customer service and support to our visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Business Tasks:**
+ Drive an inside team of 6 to 9 Sr. Managers or Administrators and 100+ colleagues in overhauling visitor contacts.
+ Develop and implement asset systems, organization structures, and staffing models that fit the growth plan and needs of Target.com.
+ Ensure visitor service working procedures, including but not limited to, even out one help, chief accelerations, visitor audits, portable assistance, commercial center, across different help channels (talk, telephone, and email).
+ Collaborate with the FRS Preparing, Correspondence, Estimating, Labor force the executives, Innovation activities, and Item groups to empower administration focus achievement.

**Requirements**
* **Least Necessities:**
+ Four-year certification or more in any discipline.
