Here are just a few: * **Competitive hourly rate**: $21 per hour, with the potential for overtime and bonuses * **Flexible scheduling**: Work from the comfort of your own home, with schedules available Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST, and Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST * **Comprehensive training**: Receive thorough training on our products and services, as well as ongoing coaching and support to help you succeed * **Opportunities for growth**: With blithequark, you'll have the chance to develop new skills, take on new challenges, and advance your career in a supportive and inclusive environment * **Benefits package**: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, flexible schedule options, paid time off, wellbeing offerings, tuition reimbursement, paid training and development, flexible spending account, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) and stock purchase plan **Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for: * **Providing exceptional customer service**: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via phone, email, and chat * **Maintaining accurate records**: Update customer records, track interactions, and maintain accurate documentation * **Collaborating with team members**: Work closely with colleagues to resolve complex issues, share knowledge, and provide support * **Staying up-to-date on products and services**: Continuously update your knowledge of blithequark's products and services to provide accurate and informed support to customers * **Meeting performance metrics**: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores **Requirements** To be successful as a Full Stack Customer Service Coordinator, you'll need: * **High school diploma or equivalent certification** * **At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience** * **Strong communication and interpersonal skills** * **Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment** * **Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office** * **Reliable private internet connection (not supplied by cellular data or hotspot)** * **Private network with password protection and ownership or line of sight to every device on the network** * **Internet service provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)** **Preferred Qualifications** * **At least 1 year of Financial Services experience or Banking experience** * **Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management** * **Knowledge of banking products and services** **Work Environment and Culture** As a Full Stack Customer Service Coordinator at blithequark, you'll enjoy a supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
