**The Role**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the voice of careerzynith, providing exceptional service to our customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions that meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Answer customer questions and provide solutions that meet their needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date on careerzynith products and services to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent certification
* At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Reliable private internet connection and a secure home office environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

* Certification in customer service or a related field
