**Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling a range of tasks, including:

* Greeting customers and guiding them through the ticketing and baggage check-in process
* Using computers to sell, print, and reissue tickets
* Managing the check-in process, ensuring customers have the proper travel documentation
* Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts
* Operating jet ways to place them in position prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
* Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures

**Language Requirements**

As a LOD (Language of Destination) Agent, you'll need to be fluent in both English and Spanish to better serve our customers. You'll also need to pass a standardized language assessment to demonstrate your proficiency in both languages.

**What You Need to Succeed**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

* A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
* Must be proficient in English
* Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
* Possess basic computer skills
* Must successfully pass a Customer Service Assessment
* Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds
* Occasionally lift bags or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds
* Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
* Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
