Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues and concerns. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior agents or management as necessary. Document customer interactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication across channels. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required. Previous customer service experience preferred; equivalent experience in a related field may be considered. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting productivity and quality standards. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
