As a Freight and Logistics Support Agent, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods and cargo around the world. **Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics and freight operations
* Process and manage customer orders, including tracking and updating status
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and order status
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Valid driver's license

* Writing and computer skills, including proficiency in logistics software and systems
