This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, analytical environment and enjoys working with spreadsheets, data sets, and process improvements. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Profitability Associate, you'll be responsible for: * **Maintaining Ledgering Reports**: Own and maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgering reports for assisted services and benefit programs. * **Auditing and Analysis**: Conduct routine audits and in-depth analysis of customer ledger data to identify discrepancies or issues. * **Reporting and Escalation**: Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues through proper reporting channels to stakeholders such as CSMs and Finance. * **Process Improvements**: Propose and implement reporting and operational improvements alongside the Customer Profitability Team Lead. * **New Program Integration**: Support the launch and integration of new customer-facing programs by ensuring backend accuracy and ledger alignment. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * **Basic Qualifications**: + Strong attention to detail and high comfort level with spreadsheets and numerical data. + Demonstrated passion for improving operational processes and service quality. + Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environments. * **Preferred Qualifications**: + Experience working with data analysis tools and software. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Schedule** This role is Monday-Friday, flexible but aligned with US business hours.
