**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Outbound Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in promoting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Promoting and selling products/services to new and existing customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
* Building and maintaining positive business and customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
* Handling customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
* Meeting sales targets and exceeding performance expectations
* Collaborating with team members and other departments to support sales efforts and drive business growth
* Creating and delivering engaging presentations to match the audience's needs and preferences
* Guiding warm leads through the sales funnel and closing deals to achieve sales targets
