**Experienced Full Stack Customer Experience Manager – Voice Experience and Quality Assurance**

**About the Job**

As a Manager, Voice Insight, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality and growth for our vendor partners. Your primary responsibility will be to own the outcome of dispatches and quality for existing vendor partners, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. You'll also contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, leveraging data and analytics to inform your decisions. Your expertise will be essential in driving the development of new tools and features to enhance the customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Own the outcome of dispatches and quality for existing vendor partners, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, leveraging data and analytics to inform your decisions
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Research, Design, and Global Support Operations, to drive quality and growth for our vendor partners
* Develop and implement strategies to improve vendor satisfaction and retention
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas for improvement
* Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendor partners and internal teams

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Operations, or Customer Experience
* 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
* Proven track record of driving growth and improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business outcomes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making
* Strong understanding of customer experience principles and best practices

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business or Operations
* Experience working in a similar role, with a focus on voice experience and quality assurance
* Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement
* Certification in customer experience or a related field
