**About the Role**
As a Customer Engineer - Windows Server Platforms and Cloud Infrastructure, you'll be responsible for delivering proactive services such as education workshops, assessments, and expert guidance to our clients. You'll train customers and share industry and development expertise, build strong customer relationships, and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestones. You'll also have access to expertise and support from our consulting practice and product group.

* Deliver proactive services such as education workshops, assessments, and expert guidance to our clients

* Troubleshoot and analyze problems, and maintain and extend accreditations and certifications

**Requirements**
* 8+ years of experience with customer-facing roles in systems architecture, administration, operations, software support, IT consulting, on-premises and cloud support or consulting for enterprise and/or government customer base
* Advanced certifications in Azure, Windows Server, Virtualization, Windows Client, Patching/Windows Update, Networking, Storage, Failover Clustering, Windows Performance, Blue Screen/kernel debugging, PowerShell, RDS, WVD, and Windows and Azure certifications
* Broad knowledge of on-premises products with deep understanding of Windows Server, Virtualization, Windows Client, Patching/Windows Update, Networking, Storage, Failover Clustering, Windows Performance, Blue Screen/kernel debugging, PowerShell, RDS, WVD, and Azure
* Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises environments
* Strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills
* Ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships, and gain trust and respect for our clients' Premier
