As a Customer Engineer, you'll be part of a talented team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through innovative cloud solutions. **The Role** As a Customer Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure Modernization, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers navigate the complexities of cloud infrastructure modernization. With your expertise and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll work closely with our customers to understand their business and technical requirements, and develop creative cloud solutions to address their challenges. Your responsibilities will include: * Working with our team to identify and qualify business opportunities, key customer technical objections, and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers * Managing the technical relationship with our customers, including managing product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of additional technical resources * Collaborating with customers to demonstrate and prototype arenaflex Cloud product integrations in customer/partner environments * Guiding customers through assessments of existing legacy application environment(s), providing recommendations on a roadmap for application modernization * Recommending integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution on arenaflex Cloud **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience * 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role * Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders * A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through innovative cloud solutions **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with cloud or on-premises infrastructure engineering * Experience with virtualization or containerization platforms * Experience in migrating applications and services to cloud platforms * Experience with security controls such as encryption, identity management, and access control, attack vectors, and penetration testing * Experience with networking concepts such as software-defined networking, routing, virtual private networks, load balancers, and firewalls **What We Offer** As a Customer Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure Modernization, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, bonus, equity, and benefits package.
