**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Engineer at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in driving the adoption of our cloud-based solutions among our clients. You'll work closely with our technical teams to identify business and technical requirements, design and implement customized solutions, and provide exceptional customer support. Your expertise in cloud computing, application development, and technical account management will enable you to drive business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the success of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and design client solutions to meet assembled requirements
* Lead technical projects, technology support, support bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical assets
* Deliver product messaging for the careerzynith Cloud Platform by utilizing whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents
* Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best-practice counsel to clients to enhance careerzynith Cloud Platform effectiveness
* Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a customer-facing role
* Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and infrastructure
* Experience with containers including Kubernetes and other related technologies
* Strong understanding of cloud computing, application development, and technical account management principles
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status
* Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other relevant platforms
* Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies
* Knowledge of application security frameworks including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques
* Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the careerzynith Cloud/IT innovation space
