As a Consultant, Customer Information Management, you will be part of the CX Data Center of Excellence team within the Customer Strategy & Innovation Office. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver data that enables personal and reassuring customer communications. You will drive work forward from requirements to delivery, ensuring data outputs are delivered with the customer in mind. Your blend of technical and interpersonal skills will ensure seamless utilization of customer data.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Consultant, Customer Information Management, you will be responsible for:

- Owning a portfolio of work aligned to our key business units or lines of business and prioritizing that portfolio effectively
- Generating audience or data requirements from business and marketing requestors
- Creating and delivering audience data products for the use of customer communications based on the requirements you've gathered
- Mapping process flows, data flows, and technical interfaces, recommending solutions as necessary
- Collaborating with others to implement standardized data products that enable customer communications
- Partnering on projects or initiatives that improve customer experience, specifically around customer communications

**Essential Qualifications**

- Postgraduate studies preferred
- Typically 5 or more years of experience in data warehousing, statistical analysis, and marketing/customer data models and queries
- Expert knowledge in the theory and application of computer-based analytical tools
- Advanced knowledge of PC-based spreadsheet, business intelligence, and database warehousing applications
- Capacity for the development, evaluation, and utilization of state-of-the-art techniques and methodologies on new application challenges
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, research, and quantitative analysis skills
- Verbal and written communication skills for interaction with clients, work teams, vendors, and associates
- Proficiency in developing ad-hoc queries using SQL

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience with SQL, Data & Digital Tools within the Microsoft Suite, Teradata, Databricks, and data visualization skills
- Familiarity with customer data governance and adoption of new solutions

**Compensation and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of $106,000.00 - $158,000.00, depending on your skills, education, training, credentials, and experience. You will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including:

- Medical/dental/vision
- Life insurance
- Short and long-term disability coverage
- Paid time off with a minimum of 18 days paid time off each full calendar year pro-rated quarterly based on hire date
- Nine paid holidays
- 8 hours of Lifetime paid time off
