**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Data Engineer at careerzynith, your core responsibilities will include:
* Developing and supporting a wide range of data transformations and migrations
* Constructing custom ETL processes: Design and implementation of data pipelines and data marts, access versatile data sources, and apply data quality measures
* Investigating data mismatches and applying solutions
* Working side by side and supporting the Customer Success teams to meet customer business needs
* Interacting with clients to understand business needs and collaborating on project scopes, planning, and execution
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
* Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish required for this role, with the ability to handle complex tasks in both languages; Portuguese is a plus
* Experience with databases and SQL
* Outstanding technical and analytical skills
* Highly motivated with an exceptional work ethic
* High attention to detail with an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Quick, self-learning capabilities and creativity in problem-solving
**Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, familiarity with the following tools and technologies will be a plus:
* Python
* Airflow, ETL tools, Snowflake, and MSSQL
* Hands-on experience with VCS (Git)
