As a Customer Chat Agent, your responsibilities will include:

* **Multitasking**: Handle several conversations at once, learning how to manage time, juggle tasks, and still keep your replies accurate and professional.
* **Using Internal Tools**: Leverage careerzynith's knowledge base, chat templates, and customer history to provide informed answers, and learn how to get to the right answer fast.
* **Documenting Every Interaction**: Log each chat in detail, including what the customer asked, what you advised, and what the final outcome was, to help improve service and keep the team informed.

**Requirements (You Already Qualify If You…)**

* Type 40+ words per minute and write clearly
* Can stay focused in a remote environment
* Have basic computer and internet navigation skills
* Are dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
* Have a quiet, distraction-free space to work
* Can work a minimum of 15 hours per week

* A desktop or laptop computer with updated software
* High-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload)
