Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Care Professional to join our team of experts in a work-from-home (remote) capacity. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, providing product and service information, and driving sales growth. Continuously enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing sales.
Provide exceptional customer care by responding to client inquiries in a timely, organized, and professional manner.
Report essential account data according to established procedures and protocols.
Comply with all administrative and compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices.


Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

At least two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
A strong track record of building client relationships, resolving complaints, and driving sales growth.
The ability to work in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment with strong multitasking and navigation skills in an online setting.
A high school diploma or equivalent; education benefits are available for those who wish to pursue further education.
