Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team as a Client Mind Professional. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time remote opportunity with a competitive salary range of $25-$35/hour. Key Responsibilities Service inbound calls from entrepreneurs and executives, engaging with them to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, communicating features, benefits, and other relevant information to clients Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing deals Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries about accounts in a fast-paced, organized environment Record important account data in accordance with established policies and procedures Ensure compliance with all administrative and regulatory requirements related to sales and customer service Essential Qualifications At least two years of customer support experience, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated success in a customer support and sales environment, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available Ability to work in an electronic environment with multiple tasks and queues Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, with a strong understanding of client needs and pain points Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to providing our team members with the support and resources they need to succeed.
