**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:

* **Managing flight changes & seat assignments**: Coordinate flight changes and seat assignments, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
* **Concierge-related details for clients**: Arrange spa, touring, and dinner reservations, as well as notify hotels of client preferences.
* **Corresponding with clients on preferences**: Assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences.
* **Preparing client documents & travel tips**: Create and distribute client documents and travel tips, ensuring clients are well-prepared for their trips.
* **Updating daily activity, reporting, and status in cloud-based CRM**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities.
* **Setting schedules and managing time effectively**: Manage your time efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks and responsibilities.
* **Managing client profiles & bookings**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles and bookings.
* **Serving as backup travel support/main point of contact**: Provide emergency support and assistance to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* **Continuing to grow in savvy and proficiency**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing tools and strategies to enhance our remote workplace culture.
