As a remote team member, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive environment that fosters growth, learning, and success. **Your Role** As a Remote Work from Home Credit Card Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates for card holders (customers) of 1-2 assigned company clients. * Providing standardized or scripted responses by utilizing basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes. * Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases. * Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution. * Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and an understanding of association guidelines and compliance by frequently referring to online manuals and specific client training required to resolve card holder inquiries. **Minimum Qualifications** * High School Diploma or Equivalent * A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months * Ability to complete an on-demand digital interview * Flexibility and openness to a work schedule that includes mid-shift to late shifts and working weekends as part of your weekly schedule * Willingness to be on camera at all times * US-based role only **Preferred Qualifications** * 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months * Banking customer service experience **Desired Skills and Capabilities** * Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks * Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice * Has little or no role in decision-making * Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments * Works under close supervision **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Opportunity to work from home with a flexible schedule * Low-stress role with great rewards * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Opportunities for growth and learning * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Access to ongoing training and development programs **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
