**Job Summary**
We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Counsel to join our Digital Products, Data Analytics & Intellectual Property team. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide strategic legal guidance to drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business, product, marketing, security, and technology groups, to develop and implement digital products and services that meet the needs of our customers and patients.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide strategic legal guidance to drive business growth and innovation in digital products and data analytics
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital products and services that meet the needs of our customers and patients
* Structure and negotiate business agreements, including master services agreements, provider agreements, data licensing agreements, and supply agreements
* Work with external counsel to research and analyze legal standards and precedents, draft authoritative documents, and gather relevant case-related data
* Provide guidance on intellectual property portfolio strategies, including patent, trademark, and copyright matters
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, including changes in laws and regulations, and provide recommendations to senior leadership
* Collaborate with the business, product, marketing, security, and technology groups to develop and implement digital products and services that meet the needs of our customers and patients
* Work with external partners to develop and implement digital products and services that meet the needs of our customers and patients

**Essential Qualifications**
* Juris Doctorate from a licensed graduate school and at least 5 years of post-bar lawyer experience in a mix of law firm and corporate settings
* Required licensure to practice law in at least one state
* Required Illinois bar enrollment or active bar participation in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
* Experience using time management skills, such as prioritizing, organizing, and following details and meeting deadlines of various tasks with changing completion dates
* At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace
* At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where prioritization and ability to work independently are essential for success
* Experience working with digital products and data analytics
* Familiarity with intellectual property portfolio strategies, including patent, trademark, and copyright matters
* Experience working with external counsel and partners to develop and implement digital products and services
