**Key Responsibilities**
As a Work From Home Principal Communications Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing strategic communications plans that engage agents and leaders, meet stakeholder needs, and drive business results
* Acting as a subject matter expert for communications initiatives and working with various partners to understand performance support needs and make recommendations for support
* Monitoring key performance indicators to develop actionable insights, best practices, and campaign strategies
* Utilizing your expertise in storytelling to tell a comprehensive and compelling story through verbal and written communication
* Partnering to develop the tools and processes that will best meet our agent and business needs
* Contributing to the processes established to develop agent messaging and deliver communication materials
* Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on content performance, and analyzing data to inform recommendations and plans for improvements
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
* At least 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or technical writing
* Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders and partners
* Ability to gather quantitative and qualitative insights/data to inform recommendations and strategy
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to adapt and flex to changing priorities
* Ability to learn quickly and translate complex concepts and materials to meet audience needs
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
* At least 4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or technical writing
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
**Work from Home Technology Requirements**
To ensure a secure and productive work environment, you'll need:
* A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
* A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
* A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
* Internet service provided by a Cable or Fiber Internet Service Provider (ISP)

* A minimum annual salary of $88,100 - $100,500
* Performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI)
