**Key Responsibilities**
As a Cloud Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering client inquiries promptly to accelerate their cloud journey
* Building a stronger AWS leads dataset by engaging with clients through phone, email, and live chat
* Educating clients at the beginning of their cloud journey and moving them from warm or low interest to active interest; training to thought
* Supporting leads with tailored messaging to increase client understanding of AWS services and differentiators with significant client use cases
* Through sustain efforts, creating higher-value leads resulting in higher conversion rates
* Collaborating with a team to lead global cross-functional MRC projects, driving operational excellence and better client experiences
**Essential Capabilities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A four-year degree in a relevant field
* 4+ years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, or customer-facing roles *OR* relevant education foundation
**Preferred Capabilities**
While not required, the following skills and qualifications will make you a strong candidate:
* AWS Cloud Specialist Certificate/AWS Certified Solutions Designer – Partner
* A technical background in Designing, Software Engineering, or MIS
