**Experienced Full Stack Cloud Engineer – Data Science and Information Systems Development at arenaflex**

As a seasoned full stack cloud engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling, backing, and designing our vast dataset, cutting-edge scientific framework, and streaming infrastructure. If you're the kind of individual who is captivated by designing very large and complex information frameworks and if you're enthusiastic about investigating challenging technical issues in a rapidly evolving cloud environment, you could be an excellent fit for our team. **What You'll Do** As a key member of our Information Foundation and Information Enablement group, you'll be responsible for: * Composing clean, high-performance, and thoroughly tested foundation code with an emphasis on reusability using languages such as Manikin, Python, Terraform, and Packer. * Serving as a technical lead, providing architectural guidance and mentorship to a team of 6-8 engineers. * Acting as the technical gatekeeper for the team, handling the most complex issues and resolving what others can't. * Creating and maintaining detailed documentation. * Establishing, maintaining, and adhering to arenaflex's specialized principles, policies, and strategies. * Suggesting and implementing framework best practices in accordance with standard SRE standards and providing guidance on framework execution and throughput assumptions. * Supporting development teams in designing, scaling, and operating production data frameworks, possibly including, but not limited to, CloudSQL, Firestore, Bar/Sub, Kafka, Dataproc, and Wind stream. * Leading cloud migration missions; taking existing systems at arenaflex and helping move them to the cloud. * Leveraging programming skills to enable self-service management of deployed systems. **What You Have** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Several years of relevant industry experience in DevOps or working on cloud data frameworks in a senior or technical lead position. * Related knowledge working in a collaborative environment. * Experience designing and deploying systems in the cloud, considering resilience and flexibility. * Experience with using cloud databases, storage, and data services as part of an application (GCP, AWS, or Azure). * Experience with real-time streaming tools and frameworks, such as Kafka, Pubsub, and Dataflow. * Experience with current orchestration tools and frameworks, such as Wind stream and Airflow. * Experience with GCP's data stores, including Cloud SQL, Spanner, Firestore, and BigQuery. * Experience with distributed data processing frameworks, including Flink, Hive, and Voila. **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
