Job Summary As a Chat Operator at blithequark, you will be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients in a professional and friendly manner. Key Responsibilities: Engage in online conversations with customers via chat, responding to their inquiries and providing solutions to their problems. Represent our automotive dealer clients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service. Turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue, meeting or exceeding performance targets. Utilize your gaming experience and online communication skills to build rapport with customers and create a wow-ing experience. Work independently in a remote setting, managing your time effectively to meet productivity and performance goals. Collaborate with colleagues and management to share best practices, provide feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: Must live within the state of Idaho. Must have a reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. Computer must meet the following specifications: Minimum of 8 GB of RAM. 64-bit Operating System. 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher). Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position. Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT. Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Gaming experience is highly preferred, as it can be leveraged to build rapport with customers and create engaging experiences. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an asset. Skills and Competencies: To succeed as a Chat Operator at blithequark, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
