As a remote-based organization, we offer a flexible and dynamic work environment that allows our team members to thrive and make a real difference in the lives of our students. **Job Summary** We are seeking experienced and compassionate chat-based youth mental health coaches to join our team. As a coach, you will provide on-demand and weekly coaching to young people through our chat platform, using empathy and awareness to support students from diverse and historically marginalized communities.
