Your primary responsibilities will include: * Assisting website visitors via live chat, guiding them to the right resources, helping them complete purchases, answering questions, and clarifying services. * Following structured conversation scripts and relying on a library of templated answers and conversation flows to ensure clear and efficient responses. * Escalating technical or billing questions to senior specialists, ensuring that you're never left handling complex or stressful problems alone. * Keeping notes and labels updated, labeling chats according to the issue type, and providing a short internal summary when required. **What a Typical Shift Looks Like** You'll log into your browser-based chat system and begin receiving conversations based on your availability. Most reps handle 2-3 simultaneous chats using the tabbed interface, with no outbound messages or cold pitching involved. Supervisors and training documents are available at all times, and if you need help during a live chat, a quick flag will alert your team leader.
