As a CC&B Developer, you'll work closely with our developers and operational team to migrate development codes to various environments within the CC&B application. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Analyzing codes, designing, developing, modifying, debugging, and evaluating business applications/programs within the IT Meter to Cash Customer Billing framework * Collaborating with the development team to ensure seamless code migration and deployment * Working closely with the operational team to identify and resolve technical issues * Developing and implementing solutions to improve the end-user experience * Providing technical expertise and support to the team on CC&B-related matters * Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding best practices **Key Responsibilities** * Migrate development codes to various environments within the CC&B application * Analyze codes, design, develop, modify, debug, and evaluate business applications/programs within the IT Meter to Cash Customer Billing framework * Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless code migration and deployment * Work closely with the operational team to identify and resolve technical issues * Develop and implement solutions to improve the end-user experience * Provide technical expertise and support to the team on CC&B-related matters * Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices **Essential Qualifications** * A minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL, Excel, Word, Microsoft Access, XML * Strong business/technical analytical and organizational skills * Basic level of interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills * Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a dynamic team environment * Strong Relational Database experience for configuration and migration * Working knowledge of CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) application * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with HTML, Javascript, and other front-end technologies * Strong understanding of Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) system * Experience with code migration and deployment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical and analytical skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Attention to detail and coding best practices * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
