**Job Summary:**
As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll lead a team of experts in driving data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize our global contact center support business. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and measure the impact of your initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that drive business improvements
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize contact center support operations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic plans to address them
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
* Communicate complex insights and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling narratives
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and customer support
* Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field
* Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
* 3+ years of experience in business analytics, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
* Proven experience leading teams and driving business outcomes through data-driven insights
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Familiarity with Apple's products and services (desired)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a contact center or customer support environment
* Knowledge of Apple's business operations and customer support processes
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
* Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
* Certification in business analytics or a related field (desired)
