**Essential Qualifications**

* Master's degree in business administration, data science, or related field (preferred)
* 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or related field
* Proven experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana)
* Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of analysts
