Job Summary The Business Analytics Specialist will be part of the Examination Group, responsible for leading account-level insights for blithequark Business. The successful candidate will assist account directors with data analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive increased revenue. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Aggregate data from various sources, including Record Administrators, Salesforce, and blithequark databases. Research and verify third-party data integrity. Scour/design data and convert it into a system-compatible format. Support Account Directors in meeting requests and requirements. Utilize Salesforce to update account details, transfer data, and manage tasks. Participate in ad-hoc projects/analysis requests. Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support ongoing business decisions or initiatives. Develop presentations with analytical results into respectable solutions for all levels of management. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Economics, or related). Proficient written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and complete projects with tight deadlines. Detail-oriented with the ability to work with a need to get a move on. Professional appearance and disposition. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
