**Experienced Full Stack Business Analyst – Strategic Planning and Operational Improvement**

Our pharmacists play a critical role in the U.S. healthcare system, providing a wide range of pharmacy and healthcare services, including those that promote equitable access to care for underserved populations. **Job Responsibilities** As a Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement * Maintaining a deep understanding of enterprise techniques and practices concerning all aspects of Pharmacy and Retail Operations * Providing complex analysis of corresponding data to build a business case for device and operational method changes, enhancements, and improvements * Serving as an operational point of contact for various initiatives to drive challenge execution * Communicating relevant challenge information to stakeholders, both corporately and in the field * Collecting, analyzing, making unique recommendations, and providing data pertaining to proposed applications to satisfy the business and strategic goals of Pharmacy and Retail Operations and the company * Managing complex ad-hoc initiatives and analyses as needed * Planning, designing, and deploying suitable reviews and tools * Collaborating across Pharmacy and Retail Operations, IT, legal and regulatory, method improvement teams, and others to expand operational solutions * Coaching, mentoring, guiding, and providing oversight to less senior Business Analysts **Key Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of experience with reading and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive development of consequences and find solutions; OR, a High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience with reading and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive development of consequences and find solutions * At least 1 year of experience querying databases (e.g., SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, SAS, and/or SQL Server) * Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions to solve problems and challenges * Experience communicating the impact of business analysis results on business leaders * Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word (e.g., creating headers, page breaks, page numbers, and tables, and/or adjusting table columns) * Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using the SUM function, creating borders, creating column width, creating charts, using text wrap, sorting, creating headers and footers, and/or print scaling) * Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., using a template, formatting individual spacing, creating a picture, converting slide format and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, converting chart format, and/or formatting font) **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's Degree or MBA * Bachelor's Degree * Retail Pharmacy Experience **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Company-paid life insurance * Medical, prescription drugs, dental, and vision * Retirement savings plan (401(k)) * Employee stock purchase plan * Paid time off (PTO) * Holidays * Paid parental leave (PPL) * Transportation benefit plan * Employee store discount * Voluntary life and personal accident insurance **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we are committed to creating healthier lives through better health.
