**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Estimating group. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the effort to improve the forecasting process for assigned business lines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and automation. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance existing work processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the effort to improve the forecasting process for assigned business lines

* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance existing work processes
* Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, mathematics)
* At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst or related role
* Proven expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing SQL
* Strong ability to improve business processes and identify cost-saving opportunities
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, mathematics)
* Experience working in a technology or strategy company
* Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
* Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools (e.g. Snowflake, Sigma)
