**Experienced Full Stack Business Analyst – Data Insights and Operations Support**

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing high-level analytical support to various business units, including Deals, Field Operations, Benefit Development Teams (PGM), Finance, Project Management, Marketing, and Sales. Your primary focus will be on analyzing business data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Pre- and post-examination of client programs, business initiatives, new product launches, process changes, and marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimize business outcomes. * Investigate the execution of various pilot projects, following a structured testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing). * Maintain and update required tools and systems, such as BPM or Course Planning models, to ensure business needs are met. * Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide recommendations for improvement. * Proactively analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and develop insights to inform business decisions. * Support the development and implementation of Coke Florida tools to improve financial performance and enhance value chain capabilities. * Model business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs. * Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting, as needed, to inform business decisions and drive growth. **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or forecasting. * Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization. * Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. * Experience in management consulting or business strategy development. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Familiarity with data mining and predictive analytics tools, such as R or SQL. * Experience with project management or service management tools, such as SharePoint or JIRA. **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to balance short-term and long-term needs, managing multiple complex projects and priorities. * Strong change management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
