We're a company that values diversity, inclusion, and innovation, and we're committed to creating a workplace that's welcoming and supportive for all. **About the Job** As a Full Stack Bookkeeper at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of cross-functional collaboration, working closely with teams from Specialized Bookkeeping, Functional Bookkeeping, Designing, Product, Finance, Assessment, Legal, and other stakeholders to drive key business initiatives and process improvements. Your days will be filled with assessing data using SQL and Python, conducting in-depth data analysis and examination, creating complex drawings and streams, and contributing to critical bookkeeping research and planning requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Work cross-functionally with Specialized Bookkeeping, Functional Bookkeeping, Designing, Product, Finance, Assessment, Legal, and other teams on processes, cycles, and projects, and assist with driving key system drives and enhancements * Create and plan comprehensive bookkeeping data requirements to work with the continuous automation of journal entries, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and efficiency in financial cycles * Lead functional improvement drives to further streamline income tasks and shorten the income close schedule * Screen data quality of journal entries prepared via the Income Subledger and plan Information Quality checks for identified use cases through bookkeeping requirements planning, special examinations, new product launches, etc. * Work with the Product and Designing teams to continuously improve our daily Income Compromise process and oversee compromise investigation with the help of the analysis team * Review meetings and evaluate impact on existing or need for new bookkeeping requirements for the Income Subledger * Cross-work with collaborating teams on journal entry streams for new or existing products for automation via the Income Subledger * Perform monthly income bookkeeping close liabilities, including but not limited to: GAAP income analysis, cost of income analysis, debt claims compromises, review journal entries, and audit close package expectations * Conduct special examinations and projects as assigned **We're Excited About You Because:** * 3+ years of experience in income bookkeeping, data analysis, and business intelligence * Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606 Income Recognition required; knowledge of IFRS an plus * Transitional/high-level SQL skills and ability to work with large volumes of conditional data, Python an plus * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to adapt to changing work environments * Ability to communicate with all levels of management and cross-functional teams, both inside and remotely **About arenaflex's Culture and Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
