About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Application Developer Lead to join our team as a Salesforce Engineer. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex technology solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions that meet those needs. Key Responsibilities

Technical Planning and Execution: Assist in project initiation efforts by helping to define project scope, identification of designated solutions, and project management in planning, assessing, booking, prioritization, and resource allocation.
Participate in the Design Process: Participate in the design process: requirements gathering and refinement, contribute to functional design, and lead technical design and development.
Develop Programming Solutions: Develop programming solutions for business problems. Use established design patterns and coding standards. Build solutions that are secure, robust, flexible, adaptable, and available, and proactively mitigate against production support issues.
Use Agile Methodologies: Use agile methodologies and participate in scrum teams in the execution of solution delivery projects.
Document and Maintain Documentation: Create and maintain documentation supporting training, system architecture, solution, and operational cycles and strategies.
Facilitate Issue Resolution: Facilitate issue resolution with vendors or potentially cross-functional teams. Provide timely and comprehensive communication regarding status/goals with end-users and other key stakeholders.
Stage Stewardship: Proactively participate in helping to shape competitor solutions on the platform. This consultative aspect of the role investigates the business capability portfolio to direct and guide solution choices to ensure the health of the platform.
Lead and Mentor: Provide project leadership; initiate, coordinate, and support small to medium-sized development efforts for a team of developers over a shared code base. Oversee delivery of multiple engineers in the team by establishing boundaries and directing expectations.


Essential Qualifications
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in Salesforce and software development. The ideal candidate will have:

4+ years of significant IT experience
3+ years of experience in Salesforce B2B Trade
4+ years of experience and understanding of the Salesforce Platform and architecture, data models, business out-of-the-box features, and capabilities
3+ years of experience in a DevOps environment
Sound knowledge of Salesforce B2B Business features and Salesforce community
Experience executing large-scale business solutions centered around Salesforce Trade solutions
Experience integrating Salesforce with various business systems as well as working with integration tools (ETL, NiFI, Mulesoft, etc.)
Development experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Parts (LWC)


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud-based development and deployment
Experience with DevOps tools and practices
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
Experience with testing and quality assurance
