**Experienced Full Stack AOG Sourcing Specialist – Aviation Materials Procurement**

Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our values. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack AOG Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for sourcing and procuring aircraft materials, parts, and supplies for arenaflex's fleet. You'll work closely with our maintenance and design teams to ensure that all procurement activities are aligned with our safety and quality standards. Your expertise will help us to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance our overall customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Source and procure aircraft materials, parts, and supplies for arenaflex's fleet, including AOGs, DMIs, Planned Maintenance events, Designing Requests, and other related activities. * Collaborate with maintenance and design teams to ensure that all procurement activities are aligned with our safety and quality standards. * Assess and select providers based on value, quality, service, accessibility, and reliability. * Ensure that parts are procured from providers against expected basic orders to guarantee AOG and Work Stoppage orders are met on time. * Monitor the performance of major providers to ensure that request delivery dates are met, and request and receipt inconsistencies are minimized. Recommend moving business to better-performing providers. * Oversee complex product classes as assigned. * Support the team to achieve yearly corporate, Tech Operations, and Inventory network needs. * Identify cost savings opportunities based on cost and cost analysis and benchmarking. * Utilize arenaflex's ERP system, e-commerce, and online request submission frameworks to manage request handling and concentrate/digest information. * Prepare reports and audit request solicitations for accuracy to address discrepancies and ensure payment terms are met. * Maintain strong relationships with providers. * Lead process improvement initiatives to deliver cost savings and avoidance, improved service levels, material availability, reduced inventory, and improved efficiencies and productivity.
