About the Role We're seeking an exceptional AI/ML Engineer to join our Cloud Innovations Application Platform (AP) team at blithequark. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in designing and executing our AI strategy to elevate our engineer experience platform and accelerate application development within blithequark. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply machine learning algorithms to large-scale data, driving innovation and growth. Key Responsibilities * Design and execute AI/ML strategy to enhance our engineer experience platform and accelerate application development * Collaborate with AI engineers, programmers, and data scientists to deliver and deploy AI-powered solutions * Develop and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems * Ensure data quality through analysis, modeling, and handling missing values, anomalies, and assessing model performance * Select and calibrate ML algorithms, train models, and optimize hyperparameters for optimal predictive performance * Experience with training models or using pre-trained models and retraining or calibrating to custom needs * Communicate results of analysis in a clear and concise manner, able to distill complex AI model proficiencies into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders * Experience in applying ML methods in developer efficiency is a plus Qualifications and Experience * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred * 2+ years of experience in the software industry, focused on ML/AI * Proficiency in quantitative programming languages, such as Python, R, SQL, with experience in distributed storage systems like S3, Flash, and Vector Database * Strong understanding and experience with advanced AI (ML) algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and large language models * Familiarity with transformer architecture, vector embeddings, and applying models to solve business problems * Experience with data quality assurance, data analysis, and data visualization * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams What We Offer * Competitive salary of $25/hour * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI/ML projects and contribute to the development of our engineer experience platform * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of talented professionals * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Professional development opportunities, including training and education programs * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to the latest technology and tools, including cloud-based platforms and AI/ML frameworks How to Apply If you're passionate about AI/ML and eager to join a team of innovators, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
