As an arenaflex team member, you will be part of a collaborative and innovative environment where you can grow professionally and make a meaningful impact. **Job Summary** We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack AI Engineer – Personalization and Content Proposal Development to join our team. As a key member of our group, you will lead proposal and personalization calculation exploration, improvement, and streamlining for item regions, and arrange prerequisites and oversee partner assumptions with Item, Designing, and Article groups. You will be responsible for assisting with meeting KPIs for item regions and setting and fulfilling time constraints for outer and inside-facing tools, such as disconnected assessment instruments for pre-creation calculations. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead proposal and personalization calculation exploration, improvement, and streamlining for item regions * Arrange prerequisites and oversee partner assumptions with Item, Designing, and Article groups * Assist with meeting KPIs for item regions and set and fulfill time constraints for outer and inside-facing tools * Develop and maintain state-of-the-art AI strategies to foster calculations for personalization, suggestion, and other prescient frameworks * Perform deep dive investigation on application cooperations and client profiles as they connect with calculation yield to drive upgrades in key personalization measurements * Foster imaginative AI items to be utilized for new creation highlights or downstream by creation calculations * Maintain existing and establish new calculation improvement, testing, and sending guidelines * Collaborate with item and business partners to recognize and characterize new personalization open doors and further develop how we do information assortment, trial and error, and investigation **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in advanced Math, Statistics, Data Science, or related field of study * 2+ years of experience creating AI models and performing data analysis with Python or R * Proficiency in writing production-level, adaptable code (e.g., Python, Scala) * 2+ years of experience creating calculations for deployment to production frameworks * In-depth understanding of current AI (e.g., deep learning techniques), models, and their numerical underpinnings * Comprehensive understanding of the latest in natural language processing strategies and contextualized word embedding models * Experience sending and maintaining pipelines (AWS, Docker, Wind stream) and designing large data arrangements using advances like Databricks, S3, and Flash * Experience with data investigation and data perception instruments like Tableau, Looker, etc. * Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis) * Ability to measure the complexity of AI issues and an eagerness to execute straightforward methodologies for fast, effective solutions as fitting * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to explain how models are used and calculations act to both technical and non-technical crowds **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's or PhD in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Sociology, or related quantitative field * Production experience with creating content proposal calculations at scale * Production experience with graph-based models (e.g., node2vec) * Experience assembling and sending full stack ML pipelines: data extraction, data mining, model preparation, feature development, testing, and deployment * Experience with graph-based data workflows like Apache Wind current * Experience designing large data arrangements using advances like EMR, S3, Flash, Databricks * Familiarity with metadata management, data lineage, and standards of data administration * Experience loading and querying cloud-hosted databases like Snowflake * Experience with automated deployment, AWS foundation, Docker or similar containers **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $25/hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and innovative work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and talented AI engineer with a passion for personalization and content proposal development, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
