As a Data Entry Assistant, you will play a crucial role in performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Refine trade buy and sell purchases in client profiles, and identify and fix breaks between TD Ameritrade and the fund business or transfer brokers. Handle Business Activity Events, settle and reconcile move activity, and process and reconcile dividend activity. Conduct investigations of complex and escalated issues, and execute testing and validation of new technology improvements and vendor adjustments. Complete assignments in Exchanging, Dividends, Transfers, Settlement, and Business Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile. Analyze and review membership agreements, transmission requests, and client/advisor amount exceptions. Ensure compliance with governing commitments, such as Instances: 2340 and 15C3-3. Reconcile business, returns, and move breaks, and assess and analyze appropriate income tax code and corrections of income tax coding. Issue Resolving and Customer Support: Address internal and external body augmentations or concerns, and identify sources of ruptures between TDA, the Fund, etc. Provide process or technology answer alternatives to Control, and remediate transfer issues with the Fund or Contra Company. Respond to company partner questions relating to Fund specific requirements/eligibility, and provide follow-up on Substitute Investment transactions. Ensure prompt and exact finalization of customer investing and returns demands. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as data entry, trade processing, or customer support. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with internal and external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with trade processing systems and technology. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Alternate Investments. Familiarity with governing commitments, such as Instances: 2340 and 15C3-3. Experience with data analysis and reconciliation, and ability to work with complex data sets. Certifications, such as Series 7 or Series 66, an asset. Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent customer service skills, with ability to interact with clients and internal partners. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively. Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and trade processing systems.
