As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, analyzing data, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data operations. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, ensuring data quality and integrity Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies, and provide insights to stakeholders Utilize Excel and MS Access to manage and manipulate data, creating reports and dashboards as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data operations and resolve data-related issues Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience working on a data operations team Proven experience with data analysis, including data interpretation and visualization Proficiency in Excel and MS Access, with ability to learn new tools and technologies Strong attention to detail, with high accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Familiarity with database management systems, such as SQL or Oracle Certification in data analysis or a related field What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
