Entering bank transactions and preparing reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
Entering vendor expenses and maintaining accurate records
Preparing various account reconciliations to ensure financial statement accuracy
Managing payroll entries and ensuring timely processing
Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger
Assisting with monthly financial closings and ensuring timely completion
Collaborating with clients to implement and improve accounting procedures
Assisting with financial projects and providing expert guidance
Preparing financial statements for audit, review, and compilation engagements
Essential and Preferred Qualifications: What We're Looking For
To succeed as a Full Charge Bookkeeper at The CFO Squad, you will need to possess a strong foundation in accounting principles and a proven track record of experience in bookkeeping. Our ideal candidate will have:
At least 3 years of working experience in bookkeeping or a related field
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Excel
Experience with NetSuite (a plus, but not required)
