**Responsibilities:**
As a French Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Interacting with hundreds of callers daily, utilizing active listening and critical thinking skills to resolve a wide array of customer service inquiries
* Actively resolving complaints and concerns within the queue
* Investigating billing and fraudulent activity concerns
* Processing account requests
* Providing guidance on product features and properly diagnosing hardware/software issues
* Screen sharing to resolve technical issues as needed
* Coordinating appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance
* Researching articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries
* Properly documenting notes and effectively summarizing conversation details
* Openly accepting feedback, coaching, and training to further develop skills

* Working knowledge of technology and strong digital literacy
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred but not required
