Join Our Team We are currently seeking two experienced Freight Processors – Data Entry Specialists to join our team. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with occasional in-office training sessions at our Conklin, New York office. Job Summary The Freight Processor – Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for processing accounts, determining proper charges, and accurately entering information into our systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities * Process accounts and determine proper charges * Accurately enter information into our systems * Calculate rates, mileage, and overflow charges using a computer calculator and our client systems * Review accounts and determine their appropriate classification * Use internet search engines (e.g., Google) to determine account connections * Combine multiple accounts into one for our clients' customers * Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail * Manage time effectively to meet deadlines * Achieve and maintain acceptable rate and quality to meet or exceed customer requirements * Potential to assist in the training of employees to perform job * Willingness to be cross-trained in other departments to meet company daily production commitments * Adhere to all company policies and procedures * Complete all required Compliance Training within the scheduled time * Actively participate in overtime requirements within the scope of company policies and procedures Requirements * Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required * Microsoft Office experience preferred * File sharing experience preferred * High-speed internet is required * All equipment is provided, including PC, monitors, keyboard, and mouse * Must have high attention to detail * Must have a high school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience in a similar role * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes What We Offer * A full benefit package, including: + Medical insurance + Dental/vision insurance + FSA + 401(k) + Company-paid group life insurance + Voluntary life + Voluntary STD + Voluntary LTD + PTO + Sick time + Pay-on-demand * A competitive pay rate, ranging from $16.30 to $17.50 per hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment Why Join blithequark?
