Experienced Freight Dispatcher Needed (Box Truck, Dry Van, Flatbed) – Work Under Our Brand - Contract to Hire
We’re hiring an experienced freight dispatcher to work under our company name (Spartan Law Trucking). You’ll manage active loads for box trucks, dry vans, and flatbeds — all U.S. lanes. Your Role: • Book loads for 1–5+ carriers (to start) • Use load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) • Handle all broker calls, rate confirmations, and paperwork • Daily communication with drivers to keep routes running smooth • Track loads and update customers as needed ✅ Must Have: • Minimum 1 year dispatching experience • English fluency and strong phone communication • Load board experience (DAT, Truckstop) • bolthires Sheets or Excel skills • Able to work U.S. time zones (Eastern or Central preferred).
