Job Description:
I’m looking for an experienced freelancer to set up Bland.AI to make outbound AI voice calls to seller leads in the real estate space. These leads have shown interest by requesting a home valuation or exploring instant offers. I want the system to intelligently qualify them and book appointments directly on my calendar.
This is not a FSBO campaign — these are warm seller leads already in our database.

Scope of Work:
• ✅ Bland.AI Configuration
• Build conversational voice flows using GPT-level voice logic.
• Configure lead routing into 3 categories:
→ Just Curious
→ Interested in Instant Offer
→ Ready to List
• ✅ Phone System Integration
• Set up with Twilio, Telnyx, or DIDWW (your recommendation preferred).
• Use pre-warmed, local caller IDs (Atlanta: 404, 678, 770).
• Ensure STIR/SHAKEN compliance and proper CNAM setup to avoid spam flags.
• ✅ Appointment Booking
• Connect AI to Google Calendar or Follow Up Boss to auto-schedule.
• Include fallback handling: voicemail drop or SMS if lead doesn’t answer.
• ✅ Script Writing
• Create 3 natural, real estate-specific AI scripts for:
• Home Valuation Follow-up
• Instant Offer Exploration
• Ready-to-List Seller Intake
• ✅ Testing & Documentation
• Run QA tests and deliver clean documentation or a Loom walkthrough for future updates.
