* Representing careerzynith as the contact person for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and support
* Screening patients for clinical trials, conducting thorough and empathetic conversations to ensure they're a good fit for our studies
* Collaborating with our team to facilitate connections between doctors and patients, streamlining the clinical trial process
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection protocols
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on medical topics and best practices
**Your Profile**
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with the following qualifications and characteristics:
* Native fluency in Polish (mother-tongue) and excellent English language skills
* Previous experience as a Nurse, CRA, or in a related medical field
* Strong understanding of medical topics and concepts
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare professionals
* Proven experience in handling customer requests via phone and email, ideally in a call center environment
