Job Summary
As a Forklift and Inventory Operator, you'll play a critical role in the smooth operation of our warehouse, responsible for safely and efficiently moving goods, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate stock levels. Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations: Maneuver forklift machinery to convey shipments and resources to and from specified zones in the storage facility, ensuring efficient and safe movement of goods.
Inventory Management: Transport merchandise from one vehicle to another through efficient loading and unloading techniques, maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Equipment Maintenance: Conduct daily equipment checks, including tasks like renewing the forklift's battery and applying lubrication, to ensure that the machinery operates optimally and safely.
Inventory Storage and Retrieval: Select strategic areas within the facility to store products safely and efficiently, minimizing waste and maximizing storage capacity.
Inventory Tracking: Integrate RFID technology into inventory management processes to track inventory movements and maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring that our customers receive the products they need, when they need them.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.


Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:


Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a forklift operator, with a solid record of performance and a proven ability to work safely and efficiently.
Certifications: Official certification that authenticates the safe use and operation of forklifts, such as OSHA certification or equivalent.
Education: High school graduation diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and analytical skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using industrial tools and equipment, with a strong understanding of inventory management systems and processes.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, with a strong emphasis on physical stamina and endurance.
