Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Food Administration Group Pioneer to lead our Food and Refreshment team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless food operations. As a key leader in our organization, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute daily and weekly plans to achieve sales goals, customer satisfaction targets, and business objectives. Lead a team of hourly colleagues, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional customer service and food operations. Model and enforce company standards for customer service, food safety, and quality control. Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste. Collaborate with other departments to drive business results, improve processes, and enhance customer experience. Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and operational metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including store managers, department heads, and external partners. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail experience preferred. Strong knowledge of food service operations, customer service principles, and sales techniques. Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving business results. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and make sound decisions. Physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working in a cool or refrigerated environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in food administration, customer service, or a related field. Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management best practices. Experience with scheduling software, sales data analysis, and performance metrics. Certifications in food safety, customer service, or leadership development.
