Job Summary We're seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team of Flight Attendants. Key Responsibilities As a Flight Attendant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures, ensuring the well-being of our customers and crew members. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers, creating memorable moments that exceed their expectations. Working independently and as part of a team to accomplish work tasks, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations. Managing unexpected changes in a time-sensitive and stressful environment, remaining calm and composed to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and crew members. Demonstrating the use of safety and emergency equipment and ensuring safety requirements are met, adhering to arenaflex's strict safety protocols. Administering and coordinating emergency procedures or providing emergency care when needed, acting swiftly and effectively to ensure the safety of our customers and crew members. Preparing, serving, and selling beverages and meals to customers, providing a high level of service and ensuring their needs are met. Assisting customers with lifting and stowing luggage into overhead bins, providing a helping hand to ensure their comfort and convenience. Making public address and safety announcements in compliance with company and federal standards, clearly communicating important information to our customers. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: Be at least 21 years of age at the time of application, meeting the minimum age requirement for this role. Have a high school diploma or GED , demonstrating a basic level of education and literacy. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently , ensuring effective communication with customers and colleagues. Ability to acquire and keep current a passport and travel documents to freely enter and exit places where arenaflex flies, facilitating international travel and assignments. Complete a pre-employment Department of Transportation (DOT) drug test and comprehensive background check , ensuring a safe and secure working environment. Ability to sit in an assigned jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder harness fastened , meeting the physical demands of this role. Ability to open emergency exits and close aircraft doors weighing up to 60 pounds , demonstrating physical strength and endurance. Demonstrate a commitment to safety, security, and customer satisfaction , upholding arenaflex's core values and standards. Nice-to-Haves We're looking for candidates with the following nice-to-have qualifications: 1 or more years of experience in jobs with responsibilities similar to those of a flight attendant, demonstrating relevant skills and experience. Completion of a degree beyond high school or GED , indicating a higher level of education and potential for career advancement.
